Return

Most items come with a 30-day return policy. If you are unsure of the return policy of a certain product, please contact us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In other words, the product must be able to be re-sold as new. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll advice how we can make it work for you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

 

 

Wrong Address

When entering details on the order, please make sure your address is completely correct. If the address you entered is incorrect or incomplete and the product is returned or not delivered, we are unlikely to provide you with a refund. If you find an error, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can contact the warehouse. If you want us to resend the product to you, you need to pay the shipping fee again.

 

 

Exchange

You may exchange your order within 30 days of the delivery date. If you need to exchange items, please send us an email for more detailed information on how to proceed. Please note that after 30 days of delivery, we will not be able to process exchanges/replacements or refunds. Please be sure to contact us as soon as possible.

 

Similarly, we do not accept any returns, exchanges or refunds without quality issues.

Before you return the goods, you should send us an email containing your order number, your name and email, a photo or video of the reason or proof.

 

 

Damaged or Defective Item(s)

If your item arrived poorly or damaged on arrival, please contact us and provide evidence. After inspection, we will provide an appropriate solution.

 

Every situation is different. Depending on the situation and the severity of the damage, we can provide replacement orders or replacements or full refunds.

 

 

Shipping Costs

All refunds are processed based on the total amount of the goods ordered deduct freight, but please note that the shipping costs are not refundable except for damaged or defective Item.
